A calming vacation rental in Jax Beach, FL

This project was shot for a couple with real estate ambitions.

Jacksonville Beach is an undiscovered gem on the Florida coast, not far from the border with South Carolina. It’s a unique ecosystem of palm and pine trees where the beaches are far less crowded and the food is top-notch.

Having already made forays into the world of AirBnB rentals, this client is now eying larger projects. This elegant five bedroom home with plenty of room to entertain, a salt water pool, and luxurious kitchen is only a few minutes walk from the beach. But in an area with lots of great vacation rentals they needed some serious photography to help their property stand out, and earn top-dollar.
