Elevating the Design Concept

Sometimes, the experience of a space is hard to convey through a screen.

Yes, you can line up a photograph just right and even create a gorgeous fly-through video… but sometimes you need a little more. That’s exactly what we sought to do with The Higgerson Team and Smith & Vansant Architects.

From the macro to the micro, Greystone is a property unlike anything else in New England, and conveying what exactly made it so special required a unique approach. Our thought: What if we bring in the folks behind the design, the very architects themselves, to describe the property in their own words?

Here’s what we came up with.

As you can see, it’s not just the insane amount of intentional detail and craftsmanship. It’s the brilliance of the offset, axial design that creates an incredible living experience. And how wonderful it is to be so thoughtfully guided through the home by the very artists who envisioned it.
